Return Authorization Procedure
Important note: Products not approved for warranty would not be credited to your account, please do not ship non warranted products to Spectrum Wireless RMA department. Non warranted products returned to Spectrum Wireless center, RMA Department, could be returned to customer at their own expense, product will be Spectrum Wireless property After 30 days.
Page Plus Phones bought from Spectrum Wireless are warranted for up to 120 days from the date of sale to the retailer.
1. Before you take Spectrum Wireless phone(s) back from a customer, please make sure that the equipment falls under our warranty period. Spectrum Wireless will not accept products returned that are out the warranty period.
2. All requests for warranty return must be approved by the Spectrum Wireless return control area. Please do not ask your salesperson or customer service representative to authorize a return.
3. Place the conditionally approved RMA inside the returned equipment box containing the returned equipment. The RMA number must be clearly legible on the outside of the box containing the returned equipment. Failure to follow this step precludes processing of the returned equipment.

Steps to follow when returning a Return
1. Is the product in warranty
2. Fill the RMA form
3. Email the approved RMA form to Spectrum Wireless
4. Get an RMA number
5. Put the RMA number on the outside of the box
6. Put the complete product approved for return in the box
7. Put a copy of the RMA inside the box.
8. Mail the RMA.
